It must have been really embarrassing for him to do. She really felt sorry for him that the professor had made him do that. She almost wanted to reach over and hug him again, but she refrained.

"The ministry lessons aren't the greatest over at our school either," she explained. "Would you believe I have to rewrite a muggle song and dedicate it to Clara Belle? Not only that, the professor is going to pick one of us to go SING our song to both Clara Belle and her new new husband - the minister!

"Going curly with my hair?" she asked, remembering he'd never known her when she didn't straighten her hair. "Oh, Cale! You weren't here during my first and second years! I straighten my hair! It's full of curls!" she explained. "Look, I have a picture." She pulled out a picture of her very first year at Hogwarts, curls flowing in every direction down her back.

"Uhhhh, my horse's name," she said, leaning her head against the wall. "Okay, don't laugh. It's just, you've become such a good friend to me, I named him Newell." THAT was embarrassing....
"Yeah. He's a disgusting old man. He really is. I can't stand him," he groaned. He leaned back and accidently hit his head on the wall. "Owwwww," he muttered, chuckling a little at his own stupidity.

"That's better than sitting in a bowl of water," he replied with a grin. "Trust me, I'd take singing over that any day."

"I think you told me that once," he said as he took the picture of her and looked at little Anna with her curls. "Awwww, how cuttttteeeeeeee," he said, grinning at her playfully. "Look at wittle Anna with her wittle curls!"

He liked teasing her. A lot.

"Newell?" he asked. It must have been the bump on the head from the wall that made him momentarily miss the connection. "Ohhhhhhh," he said, raising his eyebrows at her in a playful way. Ok, he couldn't help himself. He burst into laughter, laughing so hard that his eyes began to water a little bit. "Ohmigosh, that's so...hilarious! I'm flattered, I really am," he told her, wiping the corners of his eyes. He didn't want her to feel bad. "That was really...sweet," he said, grinning at her. Would it be inappropriate to hug her right now?

Ehh, he'd risk it. He gave her a quick one armed squeeze to show his appreciation for the fact that she had named her horse after him. Could that really mean something more? Nah, it couldn't. There was no way.

"Ok, once Hogwarts is re-opened, I HAVE to see this horse. He's the best one of the bunch, right?" he asked with a wink.
