Yeahhh, Mr White! Yeah science! “Oh me neither.” He replied. “But it’s always worth it for the party in the evening.” Wedding parties were like no other for a good old knees up. He took a quick glance round and leaned forward a little, speaking in a hushed voice “I thought we didn’t have a choice in attending this thing. It’s ridiculous, half of the guests in the ceremony looked like they had much better places to be.”
He took her wand and gave it a really quick look over before handing it back. “Have you recovered from your ordeal with the house elves?” he asked her concerned. Lola had been through a lot worse than Nathan had that day. “You never did tell me what happened with that awful muggle boy. …maybe another time, over a coffee in the cafeteria.” He suggested.
“I’m afraid so.” he said with a smirk. “I think the Minister and his new wife have visions of grandeur.” He chuckled. “They even have all the Aurors working. It all seems a little OTT to me.” He gave her a smile, “Not that I want to put you off attending – the reception will be fun, I think.”
Oh, and now the formal part. “Gift table’s over there.” He pointed. “If you’ve brought anything, and there’s a guestbook to sign if you feel like it.”
