"Don't worry about being late," Meredith assured Ariana. "I'm late all the time, and look where I work." She gestured to all the clocks in the room. Meredith grinned when she noticed the look on Ariana's face when Ariana saw the hummingbird in the giant hourglass. "It is pretty cool," she agreed.

Meredith crossed over to the cabinet that contained the protective suits that everyone was wearing. She grabbed one and went back to where Ariana was standing. "You need to wear this while we're fixing Time Turners," she explained, "to protect yourself from the sand. It can be very dangerous if it touches your skin." Meredith addressed Alexandra as well as Ariana as she continued. "We only have a few Time Turners left to fix, and then we're going to test them. I'll explain that when we're done fixing the Time Turners. To fix them, all you need to do is move the sand from the broken hourglasses," Meredith gestured towards the box of broken hourglasses, "to the new hourglasses and put them in this box." She pointed to the box that was filled with newly fixed Time Turners.
