 Cheesy Mac
Reagan stepped aside out of the mirror's view to let Clara admire herself, something Reagan was sure she was well-practiced in. As Clara put forth her hand, Reagan secretly wished she'd told Bella to lose the rings, or at least shrink them so that Clara thought she'd gained a little weight when it didn't fit. But alas, she hadn't dared to do anything that might cost her the job she loved, even though it probably would have been worth it to see bridezilla throw a fit in front of all the guests. Maybe then they'd realize why she'd been so high strung herself these last few weeks and barking orders like a mad woman.
When Ms. Belle said she was ready to begin, Reagan felt a bit of relief and happiness that what she'd worked so hard to help plan was about to finally come to fruition. Would she ever have the energy to work this hard for her own wedding? Not likely. Maybe if she ever found a man to get excited about marrying... but that's certainly another story for another time.
As Clara spoke her last words before opening the door, Reagan literally had to bite on her tongue to not berate the insuffrable woman standing before her. Clara was bad enough on a regular day, but on a day that was all about her (or at least half about her since you can't have a wedding without someone to wed!) she was even more beastly. Reagan thought, 'If it were up to me, I wouldn't be seen or heard because I wouldn't be here. If Clara were marrying anyone but Cooper, I'd be the first person with a portkey to the farthest destination from here.' She gritted her teeth and with a clenched jaw replied, "You won't even notice I'm there." Mainly because your so self-evolved that you only see yourself in every situation. Such a rotten woman! Embarass her? Embarass HER!?! Ugh, the nerve! Reagan grabbed her smaller bouquet and followed Clara out the door.
