"Good evening, sir," she said rather politely. All formalities must be held to the utmost highest standards. "My name is Lorraine Brothmeister and I am the Department Head up on Level 6."
"Hello Ms. Brothmeister/ I'll need to check your wand and gift are required to be checked and placed on that table over there." Alexa said pointing to the queue of people getting their presents checked.
