19. Jelly Legs

Harry was sitting in the common room about to work on an essay for charms.

Just as Harry dipped his quill into the ink, Ron burst through the portrait hole.

Seeing Ron’s shocked face, Harry asked “What’s up man?"

He muttered unconvincingly, “Nothing, Nothing.”

Setting down his quill, Harry asked, “Are you sure? You look fairly startled.”

Ron barely spoke, “Oh its nothing,” before he started to pace back and forth around the couch.

Picking up his quill, Harry began to write about growth charms. Before getting his first few sentences down, he became distracted by Ron insistent pacing.

“Ron, are you sure there isn't something you want to tell me,” Harry said slightly annoyed.

Since Ron did not respond, Harry set back to work, but was once again irritated by Ron’s pacing. Harry picked up his wand, hitting Ron with a Jelly Legs Jinx.

“Hey,” Ron bellowed as he fell onto the couch.

“Something you need to talk about?" Harry asked once again.

“Fine,” Ron muttered, “She was kissing him.”

“Who?" Harry asked not very intrigued.

“Hermione was kissing,” Ron paused before continuing, as if it were difficult to say “She was kissing Draco.”

“WHAT?" Harry said bewildered.
