Those were excellent questions and she thought on them for a bit. They would need some money to start off to pay the first month's rent.... Then, there was the deposit... After that, they'd need furniture and food to tide them over until they received their first paychecks. And they couldn't think about that until they found a place. Although, she already had looked into it but, the only available flat was located above Weasley Wizarding Weazes and even though it was cheap for a three bedroom flat (the rent dropped due to the loud and obnoxious tenants occupying the adjacent apartment and the shop downstairs), it was still far too expensive for one person.
"Well," Luna began, dreamily. "I've already got a job lined up and father gave me a little bit of money to start out on. And I have a lead on a flat..."
