Lola leaned closer to the fountain, seeing the graffiti. She must have walked past this fountain hundreds of times, how could she not have noticed this. "But why? I mean, issues with the Ministry is one thing, but why are there house elves with children? I just don't get it, though I'm very much out of the loop," she said.

She took a few steps, surveying the mess. "I feel sorry for the people who have to clean this up," she sighed. She turned back to the witch, realizing she hadn't introduced herself. "I'm Lola Adams, by the way. I'm with the The Office for Magical Equipment Control on Level Two."
