While I was at Hogwarts – or, rather, while I was alive and at Hogwarts – most people deemed me quite ugly. Moaning, mopping Myrtle with her moaning, mopping ways, they would say whenever I passed.

There was one first year who adored me, though. Very flattering, no? I was in my third year, but I would have still enjoyed it, had he asked me out. And, if truth be told, he did. In a sweet, little voice, too. There was just one problem: He did it in the History of Magic classroom, and I don’t enjoy History of Magic. At all.
