I don't know who I want to win, because I don't really like JKR.

And yet, I read an AP article that said the Lexicon creator himself (Steve Vander Ark) thought his encyclopedia was a copyright violation.

Soooooooo I'm guessing JKR will win. RDR Books should have gotten her express permission before even thinking of publishing the Lexicon.
