Bella had just walked in and was about to open her mouth to talk when Reagan started talking already. She had expected she would be needed for something or the other soon so she just nodded when Reagan was finished telling her that she had to organise the Minister's files and his office.

"I spoke to the Head of the Department for Regulation and Control of magical Creatures. She wanted to know about the dates for the Minister's wedding and so do I for that matter. I don't know when it's taking place. It would be helpful if that was decided soon. She said she'll send someone over to talk this through with me, though if I am busy with organising the Minister's office and she turnes up, could you please take care of that?" She requested. It would be rude if she sent somebody over now and Bella wasn't there to attend the person. She just hoped Reagan wouldn't mind.
