it bothers her bc Jo is an influential person in today's society and bc she is well known people listen when she talks!! She is right though, cages are babaric and the "falling" thing is an excuse that didn't work, HELLO it is the 21st Century, if we can't come up with something more sensible and humane, we need to send the drs back to school!
