Rico nodded to Dora's reply and continued sipping his coffee as he answered questions...for she seemed to have many of them.
Not that he minded. 
"Well yes, there are a lot of differences," he stated thoughtfully, rubbing his chin. "For one thing, those little memos that fly around? Like Muggle aerocopters? Is that what they're called?" He chuckled. "The little memos are interesting, but also, I was surprised with all the organization here," Rico added, sitting up. "Everyone's so...so professional...and all the cubicles are like drab little offices...."
He trailed off with a frown, realizing that didn't make any sense. "What I mean is, at the American ministry, everyone knows everyone else's business and the place is a lot noisier. And more colorful." He nodded to himself, wondering what he had just rambled, and realizing he missed it more than he cared to admit.
