Rico raised an eyebrow in surprise as he sipped his coffee. "You're Irish? How fascinating!" He postively beamed at Dora, as Ireland was on his top ten list of most intriguing nations. "Why did you come to London, just to work in the Ministry? If you don't mind my asking..." he added hesitantly.
"I'm American, actually, and I used to work for the United States Ministry of Magic," Rico replied. "London's such a nice change of scenery, you know? Very different weather from the states, though," he nodded, still smiling.
