The press were permitted to visit the set in January
but they also have what's commonly known as 'moles' - people willing to pass on info in exchange for money, at the risk of their job.

it's probably the sequence at the Burrow. Or maybe bits of Hogwarts catch fire in the battle...that's not totally unrealistic. After all, Hagrid's Hut did.
