J.K. Rowling, Warner Brothers and RDR Books' preliminary injunction hearing for the Lexicon encyclopedia lawsuit was set to take place on March 13th. However, Rowling will be busy in the U.K. that day, attending a trial concerning the publication of pictures of her child against her will. With that in mind, the hearing, along with the actual trial, has been rescheduled for March 24th, 25th and 26th in New York.
