A inter-department memo flew into the office and landed softly on Brianna's desk. You open it up to find this:

ooc: these can be made up characters or you can use actual users. If using characters from SS please provide their username. It might be useful to PM them before putting them down as contacts, though

Once the form has been filled out, please contact any witnesses, and ask the client to demonstrate the spell. After that, you may excuse them and delibrate as to whether or not you will allow the witch/wizard to patent the spell.
