Chad continued his frolicing through the Department of International Magical Cooperation, looking inside the cubicles in the division. He waved to a few random people, not really taking much care to learn their name. He would in time...but that time wasn't now. He just wanted to be able to say that he went through the departments.
Sniffing, he started up his happy whistling tune and now his eyes searched the desks for any apparent signs of peanuts. Those suckers were addicting.
