Jude, walking with intention toward the disgrace of a fountain, placed his ash wand to his throat gently, muttering "Sonorous."

"Witches and Wizards of the Ministry, emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our mind. End the psychology of wizard-supremacy! Magic is not Might!"

The wizard looked around, waiting for others to stop and watch him before he continued. When he was satisfied with the attention he was getting he continued, waving his wand towards the papers in his hands, lifting them into the air above his head for all to see:

He continued: "The 'Magic is Might' fountain in the center and nucleolus of the Ministry should be replaced and ridden from our Atrium. The Ministry is the soul of this country; the Atrium is the heart of this Ministry. If the heart is poisoned, so will the mind. What example are we setting for our children and following generations? That Muggles should be intolerable? Wiped from the world? Only in their proper standing in society under the weight of the "mighty" witches and wizards of the world? This way of thinking is ignorance and will spread if we take it in inactively. Fight with me and and other conscious witches and wizards to stand against this unnecessary evil! Let us tear down this dark-wizard's statue and from its ashes rebuild the 'Statue of Magical Brethern!' It only takes your signature ... "

Slowly, his reserved character surfaced again as his speech ended, he placed his wand towards his throat and whispered "Quietus." In saying the words it seemed Jude was putting finality to his speech. He turned on his heel and shuffled back up towards his cubicle on the seventh floor, leaving the posters soaring above the heads of the statue.

In his wake was another floating piece of parchment with signatures on it ... the petition. A small note in Jude's handwriting was left above the signatures reading:
