Syd smiled his odd pleasant yet odd smile to the young woman. He set a sheet of parchment down on one of the desks. On it was a small talisman looking object. Something with red fringe and odd, intricate patterns on the body.
"We've discovered these... trinkets... bein' sold out in Diagon. They're supposed to be defensive talisman things that protect the home, but they seem to be attractin' bad luck instead of protecting. I need ya'll to take a look at it and see if there's any dark magic on it."
He walked slowly in front of the desks, hands in his pockets.
"If there's nothing, we'll go and impose a fine. If there's anything- anything," he said, turning to the 3 members. "You make sure to report it so we can go out and get the vendor." |
