Brianna smiled, "It's just a mock scenario, it isn't going to be sent for real. We just need the letter as to how we would handle the situation." She looked at what Piper had written, "The letter seems a bit loose around the edges though, try to separate the advantages from the disadvantages, so he won't get the wrong idea, and leave off that we are placing it on the banned list. We only do that after we discover the actual outcome of the charm. You're on the right track though! Oh and about the Owls, we don't use those here, we use interdepartmental memos, or we take them out to be owled."
