Piper rewrote the letter correcting the mistakes she made and sealed the letter with the committee's seal and placed it in the outbox.
She grapped another and started reading it. It was an old letter, dating from two months ago, about a charm that allows animal to have the ability of speech for a whole day. The request also stated that the charm helps people to understand animal better.
"Hmm interesting but I guess experimenting on living things isn't allowed..." Piper thought as she asked her boss what she tought about it.
