Yes, request for him to come in. Also, in your response to him, ask him to give you a more detailed explanation as to why this charm is needed and what it could be used for. In other words, what is the practical use?" She handed the paper back. "Be sure to check your spelling and use the department seal." She smiled, glad to see such eagerness as she picked up the next paper from the stack. Ah, paperwork, she thought and read the next request.
