Family: His father is Johnathan Milan, who is a well respected man in the ministry of magic, and his mother is Arisa Milan. He used to have a older brother, Tobias, but when he was in his seventh year he became obsessed with the dark arts and they eventually killed him through his obsession.

Description: Sebastian is a very tall twelve year old, already he is 5ft 5in. He has soft black hair and ice blue eyes that tend to dim when he feels depressed .

He has a easy going nature but can get defensive of friends when he sees anything unjust. Ever since the death of his older brother he became quieter and more pensive.
He has a condition that means he has to take muggle pills every three hours, and inject himself before he goes to bed. If he forgets to take the pills, he had a spasmatic attack and has to give himself an injection then.
The reason he has these is because his mother was jinxed when she was pregnant with him.
