Life

Life is more precious,
then gold or silver,
But is something we take for granted.

Our lives are lived,
The way we want,
How we live it,
is up to us.

Most of the time we don't take it for granted.
We don't cherish,
Or live it to its fullest,
But instead we despise it.

We resent ourselves,
Our family,
and friends.

We envy what others have,
What others can do,
Or what we can't have.

Life is not to meant to be lived,
Like this,
But to be lived to it's full extent,
And in happiness.

Life is short,
and sometimes unhappy,
But if we live it,
To our fullest extent,
It is what makes all the difference.

Live your life as if,
We would die tomorrow,
Or someone close would die,
and cherish the time we have,
Together and live life.
