For the unfortunate witches and wizards who've had the displeasure of being turned to a werewolf, they are by law required to register themselves as such. This unit is directly related to the Werewolf Capture Unit in the fact that all werewolves brought into the Capture unit are required to be registered in this unit before being set free again, once the transformation has been tamed or exhausted.
