"I have considered trying to adopt Mika but...I'm only seventeen, and she's--" Rosalie sighed. Her life would certainly be changed if she did. But could she honestly stand the idea of Mikaila in the home of a stranger? Maybe she didn't know her sister, but that didn't matter did it? They were sisters.

Her train of thought hit a brick wall at AJ's question about her new possessions.

"Gran was independently wealthy. My father was as well, and he only inherited a fraction of the Hale fortune when my Grandfather died. I now own her house, and have the key to her vault..." Rosalie explained haltingly. The idea still boggled her mind. She'd never have to work a day in her life.

"I'm pretty sure I could find you a room to stay in if you need it." Rosalie added with a smile. At least she wouldn't be alone once Whende went back to school...

AJ suddenly understood Rosalie's feelings. "When my parents died, and I got shipped off to my aunt's house, I'd never even heard of her before, my parents didn't like her any and so they pretended she didn't exist, it was torture there!!! Do you really want Mikaila to go through that? When you have all the capabilities necessary to take her in. I mean, you can obviously take care of yourself, or you wouldn't be here, and she's a little sister, how old is she?"

AJ smiled, "would you? could I live with you? Besides, I mean another hand to help you with Mikaila, it couldn't be a bad thing, could it?" AJ had never lived with someone her own age besides at Hogwarts... she was an only child, and a loner at best, so this would be a fun experience.
