“I can’t believe it Joshua! You seemed so set on it when we saw Rae-Branxton.” She said, cocking her head to one side. “Do you not think it would be exciting? Hunting down evil deatheaters and sending them to the dementors?” Emily asked. "Certainly a worthwhile job". Emily thought it sounded like the most exciting job ever - much better than any ministry ‘desk job.’ She listened to his words - taking one day at a time, seemed like a weird thing to say.. Ems looked Josh in the eyes but couldn’t read what he was thinking. “Is everything.. ok.. Josh?” Emily asked looking concerned. She laughed at his joke.. “I’m not that little.. I’ve grown quite a lot this year” Emily protested. Although she was still pretty small for her age though. Emily raised an eyebrow at Josh’s question about her Grandpa. “Nah. He’s been in Azkaban.” She said matter-of factly. “Living with us.. yeah… something like that..”
