Ben laughed. "I didn't think you would break anything," he said in mock self-defense. He doubted Kayla had it in her to cause any real harm. "You know me. I've been avoiding reading, eating chocolate, annoying my sister. The usual." He turned to the other first year girl. "Yeah, join us," he invited with a grin, although he could not see her properly due to his hair in his face.
