We all pictured Edward Cullen to be different; we all have our own opinions about the actor who we thought would bring that character to life. My choice, definitely Gaspard, because, honestly, did you people see him in Hannibal the rising???? WOW. Kid is a brilliant actor! Plus he's got that pale complexion and that mysterious side to him.

Stephenie Meyer's vision of Edward was the actor Henry Cavill. Other people thought of Hayden Christensen, Tom Sturridge and I think that's it...

Before, honestly, I was not happy with the casting of Bella (still not) but I'm alright with Robert playing Edward. He'll kick major booty playing the part. I have faith in him.
