Spanish for sure. In the end is says La Musiqua hace hablar. (with a colon, : , over the a. Dunno how to write that here so I can't write it right). Hablar is Spanish. It means to talk (my friend told me when I asked her a few days ago during break in her Spanish class).
So yeah, it's not German, it's Spanish for sure.
Just saying to clarify/so you know.
Anyways, I can't exactly picture her as Lavender, but maybe because she was never explained in the books clearly.
As long as she can act, I don't mind/care though
