Parents who dont read the books first are being really irresponsible and I really do think a higher rating should've been given.

I mean, if PS and PoA are PG's then the level of maturity must be the same. But it isn't. There's far scarier stuff in PoA, I've seen clips of the dementors hovering that sent chills down even my spine.
