Cisco smiled and wiped away her tears. "Baby, I promise." He rubbed her arms and hugged her again. "I just can't go on living in fear anymore. Everyday of my life I wake up and think to myself 'Adalia could be dead'. I can't live like that anymore. It's eating away inside me," he explained, breaking away from her and pacing around the room. "I'll have to write Mateo, telling him my plans. He'll want to go," he said with a nod as he took out a sheet of parchment. "Eva'll be just as upset as you are. You two can maybe be together while we're gone, to support eachother." He was doing everything he could to make her feel better, but he knew it just wasn't working.
