She nodded and took the band-aid with her anti-damage hand. "Thank you very muchly," she said. When unwrapped her finger and set the tissue aside. She stuck the band-aid on her finger and held it out to admire it. Master of the band-aid. "I like this one," she said matter-of-factly. "It's shiny."
Whende rubbed one of the stars; first with her finger, then against her nose. "Nice," she decided. She set her hand in her lap and simply sat for a moment. "Right." Jumping out of her seat, she bent over. Holding the knife couldn't be that dangerous, right? Of course not.
