Sigh, young love... If you look at their faces and what they're walking away from (in the trailer) I think it's the part of the story when they've seen Buckbeak being taken away, before the time turner thing, or when they know he's going to be executed. If you look at Hermione's face in particular, she seems near to tears before she leans into him, so I think it's a comfort thing.
