"One of the big problems with muggles, as we've found out, is that they are jealous of our powers and want to be like us. They don't understand the magic that we have, they want to use it for themselves and be as powerful as we are. There has to be some kind of way to communicate with them that the fact is we are different, we couldn't build the kind of technologies and things that they have. Muggles have actually made some pretty amazing inventions along the way," Excelsior said, thinking about electricity, computers, cars and iPods.
"But, the future in dealing with muggles. We have got to find a way to communicate with them and share and recognize our differences, and that we are both valuable and serve a real need in this world", he concluded. |
