Lily watched in horror as James body was thrown back to the ground, looking as if a Samurai sword had cut him over a thousand times. She gasped and quickly fell to him, not caring that his fresh blood was beginning to ooze onto her shoes.

“Remus! Get the headmaster and Madame Pomfrey!” She cried as she tried to mutter healing spells onto James’ body, but none were helping. “Severus, what did you do?!”

Severus previously satisfied face, now reflected horror as he watched as Lily tried to help James, and keep him conscious. Severus turned toward voices behind them.
