Overall a good chapter Lari, keep it up. Yup yup. I was gonna say about that whole ... every time someone talks you need to start a new chapter, but I know you already know and I came into this story late ... 
you could edit them though. I'd volunteer to beta but ... I don't have time and I'm behind in your story so ... that might spoil things for me ... but there are betas here on SS ... go to writers resources ... unless they took it down.
