The first woman cast as Bella pulled out because she got pregnant - but in Order of the Phoenix her role was physical whereas in Half-Blood Prince it isn't. Anna Friel was pregnant the whole time she shot Goal -- a combination of costumes, lighting and camera angles can work wonders. Also, her part may not even be filmed until next year, in which case there's nothing to worry about.
