Told ya I'm speeding up the space of time between posting chapters  "Carla, I'm having second thoughts. I don't think I want to go"
"Alice, You can't turn down Draco now! And why would you anyway?"
"I just don't feel like going now."
"Why?"
"I feel unwell"
"You're always unwell, Alice" I glared at Carla and sat on the bed and rested my head on the bed post.
"And plus. Who would wear your gorgeous dress if you don't go?" Carla asked as she took my dress out of the wardrobe and shoved infront of my face.
"It'll be fine. Are you nervous or something?"
"Yeah I guess." Carla satbeside me and put her arm around me.
"You don't need to be, I'll be there, Draco will be there. Like I said .. It'll be fine" She stood up and walked into the bathroom to get changed. I tipped my head back onto the bed and sighed. Why me? Why not someone I really hate ... like Hayley.
Me and Draco were walking to the great hall with linked arms, and he looked happy. Nothing on his mind, possibly.
"So.. about what happened the other day. Have you chosen someone?"
"Yeah. It's a bit obvious. Because if I had chosen Hayley, I would have cancelled you as my date" He grinned.
"Well, I suppose" I smiled back. I could still smell him from a distance. Even though he put on loads of deodrant, like boys do when they are going out, I could still smell that smell. His smell. I could feel my nose twitching again. Draco had noticed.
"You OK?"
"Yeah I'm fine"
"You look a little pale"
"I'm always pale" I said in a cocky tone.
"Oh! Just like me" Draco smirked.
"Yeah, but I'm more pale"
"Yes. And more beautiful" I blushed slightly and faced infront of me. There was already loads of people all dressed up and in the great hall, having fun and stuffing their faces with the halloween themed food. I could already see Hayley, she was much more beautiful than me. He hair was curled in lose curls and she was wearing a dress that put mine in the shadows. She hadn't seen me yet thankgod.
After a while nearly everyone was on the dancefloor including me and Draco. Which was quite fun, apart from the spinning and twirling, it was making me dizzy.
Spinning and the semll of Draco was really making feel sick, which also made me want to dance more so I could just smell him. The thing is everyone smelled lucious, but Draco was closest.
"I'm getting tired, you wanna stop for a bit and get something to eat?"
"No! .." I said clinging on to him.
"Why?"
"I .. uhh.. Like dancing with you" Draco looked at me, puzzled, but then smirked and kissed my forehead,
"Ok then. Just for a little longer" He smiled at me and we carried on dancing to slow music with everyone else. My head was resting on his shoulder, while my nose was stroking his neck. Any closer and my teeth would be in his neck.
"You smell so good"
"Compared to how you smell, I smell like a rubbish tip" I mumbled. Draco chuckled. My nose was still on his neck. I closed my eyes and inhaled slowly through my nose, so I could get a good smell of him. I started to feel all drowsy, I felt like I was going to collapse on Draco their and then, and if not that, kill him.
"Draco I think we should sit down now"
"Why? What's wrong?"
I stumbled on my words and couldn't say anything. I was dying of dehidration and my drink was infront of me asking me what's wrong. I quickly ran out if the hall, to the door and outside where the cool air hit my face. I could hear footsteps behind me, Draco had followed me.
"Draco .... just ... leave me for a ... while" I didn't face him. I kept gasping for air and sat down on the cold stone.
"I'm not leaving you Alice" He said worriedly and sat down next to me. He wrapped his arms around me and hugged me close to his chest.
"Your really cold" He said, worried still. I could feel sweat from my forehead trickling down my face. I was cold and hot at the same time.
"Come on love, let's take you to the Hospital ward .."
"NO!" I grabbed hs jacket and dragged him back to his sitting position.
"Stay here .. with me"
"Alice, I think you're seriously ill"
"I'm fine! I just want to be with you" I threw my arms around his neck and kissed him.
Draco had already pushed me so I was lying on the stone step, still kissing me. Technically, I was a good kisser. it just made me more thirsty.
"No Draco, Stop now"
"You feeling ill again?"
"I don't know. no .." And that's where my mind stopped. I couldn't remember anything. Where I was, What I was doing. All I knew was that Draco was going to die right now. And I was happy about it.
"Wow! Alice! you're eyes have gone red"
"Oh who cares!" I yelled at him without knowing, and before I knew it, my lips were pressed against his, again. I had completely lost it. This time my teeth were stroking his neck. Draco was starting to sweat aswell. He was starting to get afraid.
"Alice, hospital wing"
"No .." I said in a soothing voice in his ear. He closed his eyes and smiled, soon he wasn't going to enjoy it.
This time I pushed him down on the step and turned his head so I could bite him ...
Then it all came back. What was I doing? I need to divert myslef, and fast. I saw a person in the distance. i left Draco there and ran after them. They had noticed I was chasing them and started to run. It didn't take long until I caught up. More in a few days dudes! Possibly the last chapter  |
