The next part :] Quote: Chapter 3: Stick to Tea Leaves and Crystal Balls For the next few days, Harry barely spoke to anybody, even to Ron. He only seemed to mutter to himself in his horrible nightmares. He never smiled, always showing faces of frowning and grumpy-ness. But, he did not give up training for the fight with Lord Voldemort. The Order members Moody, Tonks, Lupin, McGonagall, and many more, including advice from Dumbledore, taught Harry all the advance magic they could think of. Harry stayed focused on these; he quickly learned all the spells and curses, one by one, without making a single mistake. Because of all of these bad happenings, everybody’s moody turned darler; grief and stress plagued them night and day. Lupin looked shabbier than ever, Tonks grew thinner, Moody barely walked, McGonagall got frustrated even when somebody called her name. Sibyll really wanted to help. She even felt guilty that she’d told Harry and Ginny their fate and the prophecy; guilty for joining the Order; guilty for having to become a Seer; guilty for everything. But she quickly reminded herself that this was for everybody’s own good. One day, everybody: the Order, Harry, Ginny, Sibyll, and others were eating breakfast at the table. Harry suddenly got up; leaving his un-touched delicious breakfast, then ran upstairs. He yelled loudly as he did so. Everybody was so surprised that breakfast was over in a second. There was a loud BANG! From Harry’s room. Sibyll’s misty eyes grew wide as she slowly got up from her chair. The others looked at her as if she were insane. Apparently, they knew what she was going to do. “You go one more step; you’ll never know what will happen next!” Sibyll turned to see who said that, and saw that it was Ron Weasley. She replied back, “If everything around you were black and white, if the person you love is going to get killed, if everyone’s suffering because of you, and you get frustrated by that, wouldn’t at least the person who told you would like to have a word with you? The red-haired boy dropped his mouth at the unexpected answer. No words came out.
Sibyll looked down at Crookshanks, who was at her feet. “Come along my dear, we are going to go have a word.” “Sibyll...” McGonagall began, but Sibyll had already left.
Sibyll sighed as she raised her fist to knock on the door. Crookshanks purred next to her, as if saying “Are you sure you want to do this?” Her mind was set. She knocked. No answer came. She knocked again. Once more, no answer came. Sibyll knocked again and again until she heard him yelling, “For Heaven’s sake, whoever it is, just leave me alone!” Sibyll simply opened the door and quietly sat on a chair in the stuffy room. “My dear, I have come to have a word with you.” Harry looked up, and then muttered, “What do you want with me?” Sibyll answered, “I need nothing from you, my dear boy. I have just come to have a little talk.” “Well, then make it short.” “Let me begin. The fate…of you and Miss Weasley. Please do remember my prophecy, dear boy, please do. Do not forget them. It’s very important, you see. No need to explain it. I also want to ask you...Have you heard any news from the Order of the Phoenix?” “The Order? No, I haven’t, why?” Harry asked irritated. “Well, I, Sibyll Patricia Trelawney, am the newest mem-“ “You’re telling me that you are part of the Order of the Phoenix? You?” he asked, pointing directly at Sibyll and standing up. “Yes, and I thought-“ “Thought what? If you could bring us more danger? Who agreed to have you here? I know I haven’t. Why did you join anyway?” “If you will just-“ “No! I will not listen! Why’d you make the prophecy? It’s not like somebody told you to do it. Because of you, Ginny is getting weaker by the second! Just get out from the Order! The house! Get out of my life!” he screamed. “Clean your bloody glasses and just leave me alone!” Sibyll, not looking at all offended, slowly got up and left the room. There were shouts and yells and bangs. Sibyll sat down on a brown, woody, weak chair after walking downstairs. Everybody was staring at her. Ronald Weasley’s eyes were flashing with anger. “I told you so! I tried to stop you from going there! You bloody well know what’s been-“ “Ron…” Remus Lupin said firmly. “Sibyll is now an official member of our Order, you are to treat her like one. After all, being a Seer is a very huge responsibility.” Sibyll cleared her throat. “I’d like to make an announcement,” she began, standing up. “As the newest member of the Order of the Phoenix, I would like to ask if I, Sibyll Patricia Trelawney am allowed to fight with the rest of you for the fight.” She looked around slowly, facing each and every pale, shocked, wide-eyed person; everyone except for Lupin. “Very well, Sibyll. I think we have to do some thinking. Thank you for being honest with yourself. We will have the answer back to you by tomorrow morning.” “Tomorrow morning?” the red-haired boy exclaimed. “But-“ “Thank you, wonderful dears. I guess then I would have to wait until tomorrow morning.” She turned to leave, but stopped just before saying, “Everybody has a special talent of their own. Including me.”
