'By god! These must be the ministers!', he thought and hurried over to them.
"Good morning sirs", he greeted them, putting on a warm smile and speaking as politely as possible. "You must be the Ministers of Magic for France and Germany, yes?"
He bowed to them.
"Welcome to the Ministry of Magic. I am Security Guard Esh", he said. "You will be required to submit your wands for registration here before you proceed sir. Sorry for the inconvenience."
He hoped to god that he was polite enough.
