After an interval of some minutes, during which Ivan began reading through a dragon novel his father had sent him, Ivan's plate arrived. He was in the process of cutting into his steak when the kiwi juice dropped from the ceiling and landed in his plate. Green juice spilled over his steak and soaked his rice. He'd forgotten he ordered it. But as it was not the first time, Ivan was non-plussed.
Ivan plucked the glass out of his plate and resumed cutting into his steak. Out of the corner of his eye, Ivan caught his boss relaxing in a quiet corner. There was a rather interesting look on his face, which Ivan interpreted as 'don't you dare bother me.' Another co-worker was sitting not far away at another table. The place was quiet. Ivan went back to reading his novel.
