But just as quickly, Ivan got over it. He was focused on getting his letter. And get his letter he would. "So," Ivan began. He noticed his informant was still watching the woman. "Um, excuse me," He tapped the man's shoulder. "It's a man, I'm looking for. He's about....oh...uh..yea big." Ivan made held his hand to just below his own height. "Or maybe it was..." He moved his hand up. "And I think it was light hair...or maybe medium." I should have written this down. "And...um....young?" A complete guess. Then with certainty - the only thing about which he was certain - Ivan added in a stronger voice, "He works in the Department of Mysteries."
He gave the man an expectant look. "Do you have any idea who could possibly be carrying a letter for Ivan? I'm Ivan," He added. Just in case he hadn't clarified that previously.
Yusuke turned back to the man. He was quite embarassed that he had lost his focus. It wasn't like him at all... well... okay maybe not totally.
He watched the man gesture and try to piece his thoughts together. His comments were pretty contradictory and Yusuke's eyebrow raised up as he tried to picture the man in question. It was his first mystery in the department of mysteries.
He glanced around the desolate room again and pulled a hand out of his pocket to rub his chin.
"I... I can't say I know of thise man. I'm new so... I haven't met everyone yet. Though I believe our department head is male. It could be him, since I don't have a letter for anyone. Do you remember if it was someone named Elijah that had your letter?"
OOC- Haha, no prob. I gotta go for now too.
