Harry shivered at thought of him kissing Cho Chang about 3 inches away from him. But he did the only thing he could think of; he stepped into the smoky glue-like air. It was immensely difficult but he dragged himself through and suddenly felt his stomach lurch, his vision dazed and spun worse than ever. After a few moments he felt pressure on his lips and opened his eyes. He was kissing Cho Chang. He stood still and then lunged backwards away from her. She looked at him and said sweetly:
“What’s wrong Harry?”
“You sick twisted bi*ch!” He said and her eyes widened. He didn’t look at her in case he went back into a trance. Before she could say anything he turned and ran to the Gryffindor common room.
Fortunately Hermione was the only one back from dinner and he immediately explained what had happened. Her eyes grew wider with every sentence until she said:
“That’s it we’re going to see Dumbledore, we should have done that ages ago come on!”
They sprinted to Dumbledore’s office and spent five minutes guessing the password (toffee apple). After knocking they barged in and burst out everything that had happened. He listened until they’d finished the story and then smiled.
“I understand the urgency of the problem but can you give me a minute that was rather sudden and unexpected.”
Harry and Hermione sat and waited for Dumbledore to stop thinking.
“Alright!” He said suddenly and they both startled. He smiled again at the exhausted pair and continued.
“I will have a talk with Miss Chang about this complicated situation and will get back to you both tomorrow morning. Once again I say you should have come to me sooner, I know one of you in particular has a certain fondness for sorting out their own problems…” He looked Harry in the eye and both smirked. Dumbledore nodded at them as though saying they could leave and they slowly retreated back to the common room.
