Hogwarts RPG Name: Shannon 'Shan' Parker Fourth Year x2
| Chapter 4 =] JGL ♥ | Wifey + SexyCPR = RAWR. | Co-Inceptor♥ | CHLOCHLO! | Rollie = My Ship Heya, I had a bit of writer's block .. soo. Anywayz here it is for you such cool people "It's a bit late for you to be up isn't it?"
"No. I like the night. It's quiet"
"Yeah, I suppose"
"What about you? Isn't it past your bedtime?"
Draco laughed slightly "Well, we do have curfews"
"Oh Well. no one will see me. They might see you"
"What do you mean?" Draco raised his eyebrow.
"Never mind" I said trying to change the conversation.
We were outside of Hogwarts. The air was cool, the stars were bright, It was my favourite time to be outside. Draco & I walked down to the lake where the moon's reflection was glistening over the water.
"Wow. I've actually never been outside at this time." Draco said, amused.
"You stick to your curfew then?"
"Everyone does. If you got caught, you would be in an immense amount of trouble"
"Why? What's so wrong with being outside at night?" I asked.
"Over there is a start" He pointed towards a dark space of trees.
"The Forbidden Forest" He announced."Spooky place, wild monsters and creatures. and we've even got our own monster lover"
"Who?" He pointed to a small hut, with the chiney smoking, and light through the shut curtains.
"Well, who's that then?"
"Hagrid. He's a half giant, but he's a stupid oaf so I suggest you don't go near him"
I just sighed and turned to face Draco. "Did you say Monsters and creatures?"
"Yeah. Why?"
"What type of .. creatures?" I wouldn't of mind knowing if any of my kind where in that forest.
"Uhh .. Centaurs, Hippogriff's and can I just say, Hippogriff's are horrible! One nearly tried to kill me" He said matter-of-factly. I raised my eyebrow, whil picturing Draco being attacked by a Hippogriff. And boy, didn't it look funny.
"What's so funny?"
"OH! Uhh .. nothing" I didn't know I had been also laughing aloud.
"Anything else?"
"Unicorns, Werewolves, othe little creatures"
"WAIT! WHAT?!" I yelled, springing up from the rock I was sitting on.
"I said unicor-"
"I KNOW YOU SAID THAT!" I yelled again before he could finish.
"What is wrong with you?" Draco asked getting fustrated, also standing up now.
"W..w..w werewolves?" I stammered.
"Yeah. So?"
"We've gotta go" I said, power walking back to the castle. Draco grabbed by hand again.
"What's wrong with werewolves? I know, they are a bit scary. But they're not around the lake"
Suddenly there was a loud howl coming from the trees which were around the lake. I wrapped my arms around Draco's waist without hesitating, becuase I couldn't really reach his neck. He wrapped his arms around my shoulders and sqweezed me. He was obviously more scared than me. But I should be more scared.
"Not..a..a.around the lake then, huh D..D..Drao?" I stammered again. Looking up to his face, he was just as pale as me, he actually looked dead.
A warm breeze wafted to over to us and it made us feel so much better. Draco got his voice back and stopped suffocating me. We both walked slowly back ot the castle without talking, standing close to each other and holding hands, slightly.
"That was.. a little bit silly to be scared of right?"
"For you, I should of been petrified" Draco ignored me and gripped my hand tighter as we walked into the castle. I knew he didn't want to get caught.
"We're not going to get caught. Don't the teachers sleep?" I whispered.
"I just don't want to get you into any trouble. Not on your first day either"
"Well, technically it's my second day. It's half four" I said. He chuckled at me and let go of my hand. We were in the common room. The fire still blazing, it all still very quiet.
Draco looked at me and smirked, but still breathing quite deeply.
"I suggest you don't go for your midnight strolls again"
"Don't worry, I won't"
"Good" he smiled and walked up the staircase to the boy's dorm. Write a comment! I love to read them, they make me feel special
