"Draco Malfoy?" Hermione cried out. "You have got to be kidding me!"

"Oh, Draco? Is that his name? Do you know him?" Ashley asked, growing excited.

"Legally speaking, yes, I have come into contact with him. Is he really in this school?" Hermione just couldn't believe it.

"I guess so, if he's here. Can you introduce him to me?"

"No! He's a nasty git! I wouldn't trust him with a quill! C'mon, let's go." Hermione had to practically drag Ashley away. "Where do we meet, anyway?"

"Oh, we just go into the Meeting Hall." Ashley led the way, Malfoy forgotten. "Did you have one of those at Hogwarts?"

"Kind of. Only, we called it the Great Hall. Are you guys sorted?"

"Oh yes. We're more like Hogwarts than you think!."

"Really?"

"Sure! We've got Gryffindor's, Ravenclaws, Hufflepuffs, and Slytherin's! Only, the standards here are much higher than at Hogwarts. We've got the highest grades in all of Europe." Ashely said proudly. "I'm number seven in the whole school."

"Are you serious? That's awesome! I was number one in my class back at Hogwarts."

"Good! We don't allow just anybody to come to Hidehollow." Ashley smiled.

"Well then, I suppose Granger here is going to fit right in, isn't she?"

Hermione jumped at Malfoy's voice. She turned to Ashley. "You have such high standards, and yet you allow this scum here tocome to this school?" She scowled at him. "No one asked you, Malfoy. What do you want?"

"Oh, just to introduce myself to this gorgeous creature." Malfoy slipped an arm around Ashley. Her face turned red.

"Well, it's awfully nice to meet you, but my friend list is all full up." Ashley gently pried his arm off her. "Try another girl, ok Malfoy?"

"I suppose," Malfoy glared, "That my reputation has proceeded me here. And I'm telling you, Granger, that I'm here to make a fresh start, and you're not going to get in my way, ok?"

"Well, just stay out of my way, and I'll stay out of your way, how about that?" Hermione layed down the law firmly.

"Fine with me. See you later honey." Malfoy looked at Ashley. "Maybe we could meet later, how about that?"

"Sorry, my boyfriend wouldn't be too pleased about that now, would he? How about that?"

Malfoy grumbled and walked away. Hermione smiled at Ashley's look of longing and resolve. "You know, he's kinda cute when he's-"

"Oh stop it!" Hermione laughed, and Ashley took Hermione into the Meeting Hall.
