Animagus
While Avery and Wilkes tried night after night to master their animagus forms, Riddle kept himself busy with mind exercises. It sounded like an idea a shrink had thought up, but he noticed the more he exercised his mind, the stronger his control became. He could now hold up objects, no matter their size, for over an hour, even after breaking eye contact with it.
A loud commotion from the boys' dormitory stairs distracted Riddle and he lowered the objects, glowering directly at the stairs entrance. Instead of seeing two boys run down the stairs, a pig and donkey emerged.
