well, here's a post. =D Hope you like it!

“Firs’ years over here! Firs’ years! Come over here firs’ years!” Alivia heard Hagrid shout over the crowd of students. Alivia remembered being so scared even though her older sister, Malalia had told her everything she could’ve possible wanted to know.
“Hi! I’m Emily! You can call Emmy though. That’s what my Mum and Dad call me. I’m muggle-born. What about you?” eleven-year-old Emmy said with a slight Spanish accent that would disappear as she got older. She sat down next to Alivia.
“I’m Alivia. Please call me Liv. I’m half-blood,” Alivia replied.
“Cool! Want to be friends?” Emmy asked excitedly. Alivia nodded as a girl with fire red hair walked up to them.
“I’m Lily. Mind if I sit with you guys?” Lily asked.
“Go ahead and sit down,” Emmy answered.

Lily walked into the Great Hall as her memories filled her head.
“I’m Lily. Mind if I sit with you guys?” Lily asked a blonde girl and a brunette girl with very curly hair.
“Go ahead and sit down,” the blonde girl replied with a Spanish accent.
“I’m Alivia,” the brunette girl said.
“And I’m Emmy,” the blonde girl added.
“Good to meet you two. Are you glad you were put in Gryffindor?” Lily asked. Both Emmy and Alivia nodded. Down the table a group of four boys were staring at them and whispering. When the girls looked, the immediately looked away.
“What’s their problem?” Lily asked motioning toward the guys.
“Who cares? Boys are gross!” Emmy replied.
“They’re kind of cute. Maybe not the fat one though. Poor bloke,” Alivia said.

Remus walked into the castle remembering the first time he ever stepped into the castle. He was scared and trembling. He was a small boy with blonde hair and big innocent blue eyes with a huge secret that he swore no one would ever find out.

Sirius walked into the Great Hall with James and Remus as he gazed at the familiar surroundings he had lived in since he was eleven.
Sirius sat down at the Gryffindor table, pleased that he wasn’t sorted into Slytherin. Slytherins were staring at him like he was a hippogriff or something. Sirius couldn’t blame them, since all Blacks before him had been sorted into Slytherin. His parents were going to kill him, but he never liked them anyway and they never liked him. They fancied Regulus way more. Sirius waited to see whether his friends he had met on the train would be sorted into Gryffindor too. Fortunately, James, Remus, and Peter were all sorted into Gryffindor.

Peter silently snuck down into the dungeons with some others. They were mostly Slytherins, but there was a Hufflepuff, a Ravenclaw, and other Gryffindor like him. Snape opened the door to the normally empty room, but this time it was empty.
“I’ve been waiting for you,” came an eerie male voice from behind a large red chair.

James sat down at the long Gryffindor table with Sirius, Remus, Alivia, and Lily. No one had seen Peter yet and Emmy had to see McGonagall about something. James looked up at the nervous first years as they waited for McGonagall. He smiled as he remembered his first night in the castle.
James sat down with his three friends at the Gryffindor table. He was the last one out of the four to be sorted. James looked down at the red haired girl who was talking with her new friends. He had seen her on the train a couple of times and immediately thought she was gorgeous. What was her name again? Liz? No, that wasn’t it. Her last name was Evans. He remembered that from when McGonagall announced her name to be sorted. Wasn’t it a kind of flower? Lilac? No! Lily! That was it! He name was Lily Evans.
“What are you staring at James?” Sirius asked.
“Girls,” James replied. Sirius groaned and rolled his eyes.
“Ugh! Girls! The blonde one’s sorta pretty though. She looks like a rockstar,” Sirius admitted.
“Girls scare me,” Peter confessed in his squeaky voice.
“Everything scares you Peter,” James said and Peter looked down at his shoes.
“They’re looking!” Sirius cried and the boys looked away, but James was determined to make Lily notice him one way or another...

“Prongs, you okay?” Sirius asked tearing James from his thoughts.
“Yeah. Just a little…dazed,” James replied.

Emmy ran into the Great Hall and sat down beside Sirius just as the sorting ended.
“You missed the sorting!” Alivia exclaimed and Emmy shrugged.
“Oh, well,” Emmy sighed. A few people down, Larissa Yamen was staring at Emmy. Food appeared in front of them and the guys immediately started eating. Larissa stood up and walked over to Emmy.
“Emmy! It’s so good to see you’re back!” Larissa said flipping her brown hair. Liar, Emmy thought.
“Thanks,” Emmy replied putting on a fake smile.
“Maybe you could sing at one of our dances or something,” Larissa suggested. Just go die in a hole you boyfriend stealer, Emmy thought.
“Maybe,” Emmy agreed then Larissa left, “not!’
“See you two get along okay,” Sirius said. Emmy, Alivia, and Lily stared at Sirius in disbelief.
“Yeah…no!” Lily said,
“Oh my God I hate that ****!” Emmy exclaimed. James chuckled and Sirius looked down at Larissa who smiled and waved.
“Then what was that?” Sirius asked. Alivia leaned across the table and stared at him.
“Ever heard of kissing up and lying?” Alivia asked.
“Yeah, I think I might’ve heard of those,” Sirius replied eating a spoonful of mashed potatoes.
“I might just be a singer, but I can act too,” Emmy added.
“Well, now you’re all satisfied and no longer hungry. I have a few announcements. First years, the Forbidden Forest is obviously…forbidden to all students. Mr. Filch asked me to remind you that magic in the halls is also forbidden. The list of banned items is posted in his office for those who need to know. That’s all for now. Get to bed and sleep well. Scram!” Dumbledore said. Emmy, Alivia, Lily, Remus, and Sirius stood up and looked at James.
“Are you coming Prongs?” Remus asked. James shook his head sadly.
“I have to patrol the corridors. I’ll be up in ten minutes or so,” James replied. The five of them walked out of the Great Hall and started toward the common room. On the fourth floor, Larissa grabbed Emmy’s wrist and pulled her out of the group.
“Listen popstar, Sirius may be your boyfriend, but he might not be forever. Hold on to him while you can,” Larissa said with a serious expression on her face.
“Is that supposed to be a threat?” Emmy asked faking fear.
“You bet,” Larissa replied.
“Ooh! I’m so scared!” Emmy said sarcastically and continued her walk to the common room.

That's all for now!
