Drabble 55: Classroom

It had been a few years since Winky worked at Hogwarts. Things had definitely changed since she last walked these corridors. The classrooms were covered in dust after non-use; cobwebs clinging to the candles and doorknobs. After the war with You Know Who the school shut down, students having to attend different magical schools to continue their education. Winky had found work though, working for the Three Broomsticks, clearing the tables and cleaning the pub when it was closed. Yes, things had definitely changed, for the better she thought happily as she aparated home, where her children and Dobby awaited.
